Participation is intended as an independent contractor relationship, not employment, agency, franchise, or guaranteed work.

This public summary reflects the CAFScansAI Partner Network rules. It is not the final executed agreement and must receive professional legal and tax review before active payouts.
No authority
Partners are not employees, agents, representatives, or authorized signers for CAFScansAI or Quik-Turns LLC. Partners may not bind Quik-Turns LLC, alter pricing, promise payouts, or make unsupported product claims.
Active subscription requirement
Commission eligibility requires an active paid CAFScansAI subscription and good-standing Partner status.
Permanent Partner ID
Each approved Partner may receive one lifetime Partner ID that is never reused, transferred, sold, or reassigned.
Attribution
Subscribers acquired through a Partner ID remain attributed to that originating Partner ID for Partner Network records.
Inactive status
If a Partner subscription becomes inactive, payout eligibility pauses immediately.
Reactivation
If a Partner subscription resumes, eligibility resumes only after one complete successful billing cycle and compliance clearance.
Monthly calculation
Payouts are planned to be calculated monthly for successfully paid active subscription payments only.
Excluded payments
Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, free accounts, trials, canceled subscriptions, and manipulated attribution are excluded.
Stripe dependency
Payout delivery depends on a selected and tested Stripe payout workflow.
International responsibility
Partners are responsible for determining and complying with local tax, reporting, licensing, registration, and regulatory requirements in their own jurisdiction.
Country availability
CAFScansAI and Quik-Turns LLC may restrict, suspend, deny, or terminate participation based on country, region, sanctions, fraud risk, payment risk, compliance concerns, regulatory requirements, or operational limitations.
Conduct
Outreach must be ethical, non-spam, non-deceptive, and aligned with CAFScansAI public safety and limitation language.
Limitations
CAFScansAI does not guarantee AI safety, income, partner earnings, or perfect detection outcomes.
Public notice
The Partner Network is a governed distribution channel, separate from the CAFScansAI Web Platform subscription product. Payouts are not active until Stripe payout workflow, legal review, tax review, and payout testing are complete.
