Product Limitations

CAFScansAI provides analysis and corrective-instruction support only.
CAFScansAI is not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.
CAFScansAI does not replace qualified professional advice.
CAFScansAI does not guarantee AI safety, truth, perfect detection, or perfect correction.
CAFScansAI does not automatically control AI models or make decisions for the user.
The user remains responsible for reviewing AI-generated guidance and deciding how to act.

Subscription Billing

CAFScansAI subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe unless canceled.
By completing Checkout, the subscriber authorizes recurring billing for the selected CAFScansAI subscription.
Subscription renewal timing, billing date, payment method handling, failed-payment recovery, and customer records are managed through Stripe.
Taxes, payment-processing requirements, and available payment methods may vary by location.
Unless otherwise required by law or separately stated in writing, partial-month refunds and prorated refunds are not guaranteed.
Users may cancel subscription renewal through the available Stripe customer or support process when enabled.

Acceptable Use And Account Status

Users may not use CAFScansAI to harass, deceive, defraud, exploit, or harm others.
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse scan limits, manipulate attribution, or interfere with service operations.
Users may not present CAFScansAI reports as professional legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or safety determinations.
Users may not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse CAFScansAI content, reports, code, branding, or service access except where expressly permitted in writing.
Quik-Turns LLC may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud risk, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, security concerns, or prohibited use.

Partner Network Boundaries

Partner Network participation is separate from ordinary personal subscription access.
Partner credits, commissions, attribution, and payout eligibility are governed by Partner Terms and the Partner Contractor Agreement.
Partner payouts require completed Stripe Connect onboarding, verified payout capability, agreement acceptance, active eligibility, and payment-integrity review.
Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, canceled subscriptions, free accounts, trial accounts, unauthorized transactions, or fraudulent attribution are not commissionable.
Quik-Turns LLC may withhold, reverse, offset, suspend, or recover Partner credits or commissions for fraud, disputes, chargebacks, attribution abuse, policy violations, or payment-integrity concerns.
Partner Network materials do not create employment, agency, franchise, securities, equity, profit-sharing, or guaranteed-income rights.

International Availability And Compliance

CAFScansAI is developed in the United States and designed for global AI conversation review.
Availability may vary by country based on payment processing, regulatory requirements, fraud controls, and service support.
Subscribers and partners are responsible for complying with laws and requirements that apply in their own jurisdiction.
CAFScansAI and Quik-Turns LLC do not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.
Quik-Turns LLC may restrict, suspend, deny, or terminate participation from any country, region, jurisdiction, payment source, entity, or individual based on fraud risk, sanctions, payment risk, compliance concerns, regulatory requirements, or operational limitations.
