Privacy
A user-controlled privacy model.
CAFScansAI is designed around deliberate user choice. The Phase 1 product is a browser-accessible web application. The user decides what content to supply, when to analyze it, and whether to use any corrective instructions.
User-controlled input
CAFScansAI analyzes only the conversation text or continuity snapshot the user chooses to provide.
Public website demonstrations
The public website uses curated static cases and does not accept visitor conversation text.
No hidden monitoring
CAFScansAI does not secretly monitor AI conversations or perform background surveillance.
No automatic AI control
CAFScansAI does not automatically submit prompts, control AI models, or alter AI responses.
Subscriber scans
When a subscriber runs a scan, CAFScansAI processes the submitted conversation text for the requested report. Account and subscription records are handled separately from scan content.
Authentication and account services
CAFScansAI uses Supabase for authentication and account-related data such as email address, user ID, session state, subscription entitlement, profile metadata, and Partner attribution records where applicable.
Payments
CAFScansAI uses Stripe for payment processing, subscription billing, checkout, customer records, tax-related payment information, dispute handling, and future Stripe Connect payout onboarding where applicable.
Global profile information
CAFScansAI may collect country and preferred language to support account setup, service availability, fraud review, and future reporting. Internal system defaults may be stored for compatibility until the global onboarding model is finalized.
Agreement and fraud review metadata
CAFScansAI may record IP address, user-agent, agreement version, acceptance time, account identifiers, and payment event metadata for agreement records, fraud review, attribution review, and payment integrity.
Cookies and local storage
CAFScansAI may use browser storage for session state, selected Partner ID, and normal application operation. Stripe and Supabase may use their own security and session technologies.
Data minimization
CAFScansAI does not store raw conversation excerpts or continuity snapshots as part of payment processing.
International transfers
CAFScansAI is developed in the United States and may use service providers that process data in the United States or other supported regions.
Deletion and access requests
Users may contact CAFScansAI to request account-data access or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, tax, legal, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Minors
CAFScansAI is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Youth and family safety examples are demonstration content and do not create parental monitoring or child-surveillance functionality.
No guaranteed outcomes
CAFScansAI does not claim perfect detection, perfect correction, or guaranteed AI safety.
