No automatic AI control
CAFScansAI does not automatically submit prompts, control AI models, or alter AI responses.
Web and Android reviews
Web and Android send the conversation the user submits to the CAFScansAI service for the requested review. CAFScansAI does not operate as a permanent conversation-history database.
Authentication and account services
CAFScansAI uses Supabase for authentication and account-related data such as email address, user ID, session state, subscription status, and profile metadata where applicable.
Payments
CAFScansAI uses Stripe for secure checkout, payment processing, recurring subscription billing, customer records, tax-related payment information, dispute handling, and subscription management.
Agreement and account metadata
CAFScansAI may record IP address, user-agent, agreement version, acceptance time, account identifiers, and payment event metadata for agreement records, security review, attribution review, and payment integrity.
Cookies and local storage
CAFScansAI may use browser storage for session state, selected Partner ID, and normal application operation. On Android, CAFScansAI may store an unfinished work-session draft locally in encrypted form on the user's device. Drafts are not uploaded solely for draft preservation. Stripe and Supabase may use their own security and session technologies.
Chrome extension
CAFScansAI for Chrome uses a user-initiated Web sign-in handoff and stores the session metadata needed to keep the account connected. It checks protected subscription status but does not send scan text or completed reports to the backend, create scan history, or archive reports. Shared-conversation content, PDF text, pasted text, and the current report remain local and transient unless the user explicitly copies or downloads them.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Information handled by CAFScansAI for Chrome is used only to provide its disclosed account connection, PRO access verification, local conversation review, and user-controlled export features. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, transferred for unrelated purposes, or made available for human review except with the user's specific consent for support or when required for security or law.
Data minimization
CAFScansAI does not store raw conversation excerpts or response threads as part of payment processing.
International transfers
CAFScansAI is developed in the United States and may use service providers that process data in the United States or other supported regions.
Deletion and access requests
Users may contact CAFScansAI to request account-data access or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, tax, legal, dispute, or account-integrity purposes.
Minors
CAFScansAI is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Youth and family safety scenarios do not create parental monitoring or child-surveillance functionality.
No guaranteed outcomes
CAFScansAI does not claim perfect detection, perfect correction, or guaranteed AI safety.
